A home in Cherokee Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Malcolm and Diane Nalls, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1744 South Drive to Stephen and Denise Buckley, of Sarasota, for $1,625,000. Built in 1936, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath and 3,617 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1993.

Sapphire Shores
PGC Florida Real Estate Investment 1 LLC sold the home at 321 Ringling Point Drive to Birgit Voss, of Sarasota, for $1,415,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,106 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,137,500 in 2007.

Thomas Mannausa, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 1210 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Jay and Iris Leonard, of Sarasota, for $1,135,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $828,100 in 2011.
