Ten-year-old Montserat Vasquez can now add jewelry designer to her list of hobbies. Vasquez won the Girls Inc. jewelry designing contest this January, and over the course of a month-and-a-half, she worked with Carats Fine Jewelry to create a necklace based on her design.
