Country Club East home sells for $1.01M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 3 and March 7.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Cannon Homes Properties LLC sold the home at 7319 Haddington Cove to Ishfaq and Nuzhat Ahmad, of Monroe Township, N.J., for $1.01 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,078 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Jamie and Veronica Garcia, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14714 Camargo Place to Matthew and Mary Petronio, of Lakewood Ranch, for $995,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,231 square feet of living area.

William and Linda Lehman, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 14649 Newtonmore Lane to Catherine Sproule and Roy Boldt, of Ontario, Canada, for $440,000. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area.

Brenda Alexander, of Bradenton, sold her home at 14548 Whitemoss Terrace to Randall and Bobbie Sparks, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $301,400 in 2012.

Roman Rozin, of Sarasota, sold the home at 21615 69th Ave. E. to Frank and Kristen Pettinato, of Bradenton, for $835,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 7,825 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2007.
