A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Daniel Long III, trustee, sold the Unit PH9B condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to C.L. Bonci, trustee, of Sarasota, for $4.25 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath and 5,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.63 million in 2012.

SARASOTA
Majestic Bay

Charles and Cindy Shelter, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 601 condominium at 258 Golden Gate Point to George Mitchell and Herbert West, of Sarasota, for $1,625,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,595,000 in 2010.

Sarabande
Jacqueline Russell, Caroline Daher, Danielle Gladding, John Desrosiers, Jeanne Hill and David Desrosiers, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 73 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to John and Priscilla Schlegel, of Sarasota, for $1.35 million. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,437 square feet of living area.

San Remo Estates
Jeannette Watling-Mills sold her home at 1407 Tangier Way to Steven and Meg Wittmer, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,000 in 1977.

Bryan and Anita Beebe, of Bozeman, Mont., sold their home at 1539 Orange Ave. to Scott Middleton, of Sarasota, for $995,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,331 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $885,000 in 2003. There is a second building with one, bedroom, one bath and 567 square feet of living area.

Michael and Mary Flaherty, of Cranston, R.I., sold their home at 3151 Regatta Circle to Sharon and Bernard Stein, of Spencerport, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,828 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2011.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 3365 Spring Mill Circle to Michael and Eunika Yates, of Sarasota, for $203,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,752 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $394,500 in 2006.

John and Caryl Sweeney, of Osprey, sold their home at 8407 Midnight Pass Road to Andrew and Jayne Appleyard, of Halifax, England, for $1.65 million. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 1997.
