Country Club Village home sells for $725,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 10 and March 14.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch and a Langley Park home top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Geoffrey and Joann Pappas, of Niskayuna, N.Y., sold their home at 7704 Weston Court to Michael and Jean Donnellon, of Madison, Ind., for $725,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,543 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in 2007.

Mark Miller and Linda Zuffa, of University Park, sold their home at 7018 Langley Place to Deborah Nethery, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2010.

Stanhope Gate
Larry and Rita Noyes sold their home at 7009 Stanhope Place to Shirley Smythe, trustee, of University Park, for $659,800. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $739,500 in 2006.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Aaron and Courtney Kennedy sold their home at 7816 Rosehall Cove to Joel Garson, trustee, of Northbrook, Ill., for $585,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,825 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $579,000 in 2009.

Terrell Butz, trustee, of Castle Rock, Colo., sold the home at 13861 Siena Loop to Warren and Cheryl Breining, of Miller Place, N.Y., for $430,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,135 square feet of living area.

Jerry Beck, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7634 Desert Inn Way to Robert Sullivan, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,447 square feet of living area.

Robert and Susan Melum sold their home at 6604 Hunter Combe Crossing to William and Elvira Williams, of University Park, for $540,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2001.

Watercrest
Ruth Cummins sold her Unit 401 condominium at 6370 Watercrest Way to John and Claire Morris, of Bradenton, for $539,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2013.

Heritage Harbour
Peter Hankey and Victoria Stevenson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7416 Heritage Grand Place to Lakshmi and Chidambaram Krishnamoorthy, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2013.

Kasper Consulting LLC sold the home at 8618 River Preserve Drive to Nathan and Shannon Dills, of Emond, Okla., for $305,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,000 in 2011.

John and Florence Schimkaitis, of Bradenton Beach, sold their home at 4744 Pinnacle Drive to Michael and Bonnie McKee, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,966 square feet of living area.

Angela Hingos, of Bradenton, sold her home at 4604 Shark Drive to V. Watkins Holdings Ltd. for $291,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,900 in 2002.

Francis and Dolores Benevento sold their home at 7028 Treymore Court to Gary and Tina Johns, of Sarasota, for $519,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,489 square feet of living area.
