Four-bedroom Bay Isles home sells for $1,675,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 10 and March 14.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Seamus and Patricia Grealish, of Surrey, England, sold their home at 3314 Bayou Road to James and Debbie Rand, of Longboat Key, for $1,675,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.65 million in 2008.

Fairway Bay
Gabriel and Bettina Rosica, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 512 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Charles Zaledonis, of Longboat Key, for $800,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $855,000 in 2006.

Harbour Oaks
Steven and Terri Himes, of Columbus, Ohio, sold their home at 2377 Harbour Oaks Drive to Lowell Lakritz, of Longboat Key, for $515,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,487 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2010.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Conrad Wilcoxson, of Venice, sold his Unit 171 condominium at 871 Spanish Drive S. to Cary and Mary Campagna, of Portage, Mich., for $400,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,200 in 1999.

Sutton Place
Lowell Lakritz, trustee, sold the Unit V-1 condominium at 534 Sutton Place to Pauline Ney, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $277,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,198 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,000 in 1998.

John Ringling Estates
James and Laura Turner, trustees, sold the home at 244 N. Adams Drive to William and Jacqueline Ritchie, of Scotland, United Kingdom, for $655,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,332 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2012.

Lido Beach Club
Mirella Fuda, of Saddle River, N.J., sold her Unit 101 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark and Janis DeAngelis, of Liverpool, N.Y., for $591,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,548 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $872,500 in 2006.
