Country Club Village home sells for $1.04M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 21 and April 25.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lester and Susan Goodman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7132 Ashland Glen to George and Daniela Kassabov, of Bradenton, for $1,041,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,159 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2003.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Steven and Donna Duerwachter, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1008 Rainbow Court to Francis Papp and Doreen Papp, trustees, of Hilton Head, S.C., for $749,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $909,400 in 2004.

Gwendoline Webster, of Glox, United Kingdom, sold her home at 9459 Portside Terrace to Gary Bartlett, of Buford, Ga., for $299,800. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $324,000 in 2005.

Terry and Janet Stotts, of Oswego, Ore., sold their home at 7639 Tralee Way to Dianne McLoughlin, of Bradenton, for $650,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,801 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2005.

Craig and Angela Vannortwick, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7538 Tori Way to Patricia Villamena and Raymond Keller, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., for $600,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,534 square feet of living area.

Clive Norman and Julie Norman sold their home at 14249 Sundial Place to Michael and Laura Browne, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $493,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2007.

Richard Hershorin, trustee, sold the home at 6607 Chickadee Lane to Salvatore Depaolis and Sandra Boudreau, of Lakewood Ranch, for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,177 square feet of living area.
