The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 21 and April 25.

A condominium in Grand Mariner on Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Grand Mariner on Dream Island LLC sold the Unit 36B condominium at 595 Dream Island Road to Robert Todd III and Susan Todd, trustees, of Houston, for $1.4 million. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,928 square feet of living area.

Corey’s Landing
Alden and Arlene Barker, of Bloomington, Ill., sold their home at 3514 Mistletoe Lane to Barry and Bridget Schnepel, of Longboat Key, for $1.15 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $458,900 in 1990.

Marina Bay
Lawrence Rand, Thomas Adamson III and Ellen Rand Adamson, trustees, of San Diego, sold the Unit 241 condominium at 2450 Harbourside Drive to Eugene and Shelley Enlow, of Longboat Key, for $1 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $646,500 in 1990.

Emerald Pointe North
James and Jane Spencer, of Portage, Ohio, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 2069 Harbour Links Drive to Steven and Deborah Felsenthal, of Dallas, for $950,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 2,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $912,000 in 2011.

Fairway Bay
Steven and Mary Wiltse, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 646 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to David Brody, of Pittsburgh, for $849,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2012.

Country Club Shores
Mary Gearhardt sold her home at 524 Ketch Lane to Harry and Helen Buckel, of Longboat Key, for $815,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,028 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2013.

The Beaches of Longboat Key
Roger and Rhonda Werner, of Johnson, Ind., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Alan Spergel, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $813,700. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2013.

Bay Isles
Wade and Vicki Collier, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3340 Bayou Sound to David Wilt and Catherine Wilt, trustees, of Roanoke, Va., for $630,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,319 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2010.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Newton and Mary McCollough, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 602 Juan Anasco Drive to Brian Proctor, of Ontario, Canada, for $580,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,000 in 1988.

Seaplace
Lauren Ash, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her Unit M1-615G condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephen and Nancy Campagnolo, of Darien, Ill., for $476,300. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2009.

Jordan Paul, trustee, of Lakewood, Colo., sold the Unit G1-302A condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jacqueline Becker, of Lima, Peru, for $285,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1991.

Sarajane Hill, trustee, of Fort Wayne, Ind., sold the Unit G3-108-C condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Sue Trakas, of Cincinnati, for $254,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,000 in 1993.

Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold the Unit M1-214-F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank Radtke and Steven Roy, of Flushing, Mich., for $252,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2005.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
John and Deborah Petchul, of Oakland, Mich., sold their Unit 148 condominium at 604 Spanish Drive N. to Dale and Patricia Carmody, of Longboat Key, for $335,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $351,500 in 2011.

Longboat Harbour
Nancy Kridel, trustee, of Roseland, N.J., sold the Unit 301 condominium at 4380 Exeter Drive to Gail Gilvey, of Kinnelon, N.J., for $235,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area.

Robert Pillsbury and Yasmine Green, of West Long Branch, N.J., sold their Unit 305 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to John and Denise Macumber, of Rochester Hills, Mich., for $226,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area.
