Devyn and Bethany Saputo Dugger, of Lakewood Ranch, welcomed the birth of their first child, Reagan Grace Dugger, April 23. Born 6 pounds, 8 ounces and 19.25 inches long, Reagan Grace is the sixth grandchild of John and Denise Saputo, of Longboat Key.
