Robert and Charlotte Wilden sold their home at 8331 Grosvenor Court to Nazim and Tazim Jaffer, of Girard, Ohio, for $800,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,313 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2007.
