The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 12 and May 16.
A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. BIG Family Holdings LLC sold the Unit 801 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Gustavo and Beatriz Arvelo, of Windermere, of $3,965,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.3 million in 2006.
Country Club Shores
Robert Young sold his home at 610 Yardarm Lane to Steven and Wendy Pickford, of Shropshire, U.K., for $2.4 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,138 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2 million in 2013.
Gary Berman, trustee, Judy Rubel Atkins, Susan Rubel Zuker and Carol Rubel Berman sold the home at 590 Birdie Lane to MDGL II LLC for $950,000. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1977.
Agop Kazanciyan, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 537 Cutter Lane to Eugene and Mary White, of Conyers, Ga., for $799,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2007.
Sleepy Lagoon
Craig Weiss and David Michael, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 6381 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bonaire LBK LLC for $1,175,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2003.
Noble Investment Group LLC sold the home at 661 Norton St. to L. Kevin and Julie Stanaland, of Longboat Key, for $510,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2003.
Longbeach Village
The Northern Trust Co., trustee, sold the Unit 11 condominium at 7065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George and Cheryl Archiable, of Cincinnati, for $440,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2001.
Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Donald and Barbara Dowie, of Lake Wales, sold their Unit 832 condominium at 832 Bayport Way to Michael Miller and Norma Rollins, of Putnam Valley, N.Y., for $420,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1984.
Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
Robert and Sharon Woelfling, of Hershey, Pa., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Eduardo and Nicole Quintana, of Miami, for $400,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2005.
Windward Bay
Donna Parr, trustee, and Florence James sold the Unit 202 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Harvey and Patricia Hill, of Raleigh, N.C., for $280,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1993.
Continental Sea Club
Marcus and Patricia Imsande, of Dearborn, Mich., sold their Unit 33 condominium at 4141 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan and Doris Hand, of Naples, for $234,000. Built in 1954, it has one bedroom, one bath and 652 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2005.

Christopher and Janice Amstutz, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 503 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to The Robert W. Sikkel Trust for $255,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,000 in 2013.
Bird Key
Christine Bergmann, trustee, of Minnetrista, Minn., sold the home at 475 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to David and Jennifer Marley, of Kennett Square, Pa., for $1.15 million. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.15 million in 2006.
