A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ernest Hodge, of Union City, Ga., sold his home at 18808 Ganton Ave. to Michael Stone, of Peoria, Ill., for $2,825,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,325 square feet of living area.

Treymore at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Bennie and Elizabeth Barton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7036 Treymore Court to Rocco Vitacca, trustee, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,163 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7130 Treymore Court to Pauline Bennett and Gary Begor, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,407 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2003.

Thomas McDonald, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 7505 Mizner Reserve Court to Stephen and Eileen Yarmolyk, of Laurel, Md., for $655,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,437 square feet of living area.

Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 12803 Forsgate Place to Wahoo Inc. for $600,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.17 million in 2005.
