Factory Girl: Triple the Style

I find myself getting so bored with the fashion and beauty community endlessly highlighting all of the same people. Don’t you ever feel like every magazine showcases the work of the SAME designers, stylists and beauty experts? Don’t you ever find yourself in deep longing for the fresh perspective of new talent?  I certainly do, which is why I often turn to teenagers when searching for upcoming hair and makeup ideas. Which is why when my 17-year-old faux little sister, the fierce local actress and model, Chessi Phillips, and I were analyzing her recent Riverview prom pictures, I immediately inquired which stylist was responsible for her incredible beach waves and soft smoky eyes. This fierce team of sisters provided 40 girls with hair and makeup services for prom on ONE DAY (and got them all there on time, amazingly)!  If one can manage to get 40 teenage girls beautified and happy (no tears were shed) for an emotionally charged event, like prom, one can truly do anything. And I thought a teary bridezilla with her gang of wicked bridesmaids was intense!
