The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 20 and Oct. 24.
A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sharon MacDonald, of Nova Scotia, Canada, sold her home at 217 Bird Key Drive to Kevin Kozlowski, of Marietta, Ga., for $1.2 million. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,913 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2012.
Also on Bird Key, Thirty-Four Seventy-Five LLC sold the home at 608 Mourning Dove Drive to GRT Developments LLC for $1,143,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,919 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,000 in 2012.
Country Club Shores
Gregory and Patricia Watson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 511 Wedge Lane to Joanne Assaly and Christopher Laham, trustees, of Quebec, Canada, for $822,500. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,145 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $183,300 in 1989.
Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
Ramanan and Shweta Venkat, of Port Charlotte, sold their Unit A-403 condominium at 575 Sanctuary Drive to R. James and Katherine Stroker, of Longboat Key, for $800,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2000.
Windward Bay
Theodore and Renee Kasper, of Long Beach, N.Y., sold their Unit PH6 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lori McCarter, of Glorieta, N.M., for $380,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1986.
Silver Sands
Lakefront Partners LLC sold the Unit 252 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LBK #252 LLC for $275,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 520 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2005.
