Renick offers big-ticket challenge

Michael Renick, broker associate at Team Renick, has a challenge for local Realtors: Renick, a platinum sponsor of this year’s Longboat Key Gourmet Lawn Party, is encouraging each agent to buy a $100 raffle ticket to raise money for scholarships.

“It’s not one Realtor or one brokerage competing against each other,” Renick said. “It’s all the Realtors working together to give back to the community.”

Realtors who purchase a raffle ticket will have their names listed on the Lawn Party’s website and Facebook page — plus a one in 500 chance of winning $20,000.
