Warwick home tops sales at $1.11 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 20 and Oct. 24.

A home in Warwick Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barry and Susan Davis sold their home at 8105 Warwick Gardens Lane to Robert and Diane Roskamp, of Bradenton, for $1.11 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,227 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Nancy Hulse, of Baltimore, sold her home at 7935 Treesdale Glen to Stewart and Sharon Brown, of Lakewood Ranch, for $668,600. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $516,800 in 2002.

Ellen Mayer, trustee, of Hillsborough, N.C., sold the home at 12509 Whitewater Place to R. Daniel and Jamie Hannon, of Bradenton, for $585,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,706 square feet of living area.

Chehalis Hegner and John Hegner, of North Chelmsford, Mass., sold their home at 7946 Royal Birkdale Circle to Betty Hegner, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $304,700. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $726,000 in 2004.

Helen Feiner, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8305 Abingdon Court to Marilyn Brimberg, of University Park, for $473,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,043 square feet of living area.

Harold and Machelle Shipp sold their home at 203 166th St. N.E. to Jolene Montano, of Bradenton, for $437,500. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $426,000 in 2013.

Greenbrook Village
Matthew and Laureen Vassallo, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 6630 Turnstone Lane to Keith Marshall and Kimber Marshall, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $385,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2012.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 6340 Golden Eye Glen to David and Alicia Perrine, of Lakewood Ranch, for $274,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,345 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,800 in 2006.

Shalane Hofstee and Joan Rumble sold their home at 15340 Skip Jack Loop to Nolan and Melissa Neiman, of Bradenton, for $204,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2008.
