Home in Sarasota Beach sells for $4.95 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 20 and Oct. 23.

A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Saba Sands LLC sold the home at 636 Beach Road to BFSK LLC for $4.95 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.1 million in 2012.

SARASOTA
The Savoy on Palm
Arthur and Joan Schwartz, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 703 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Richard Reston, of Sarasota, for $1,777,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,375,000 in 2011.

Bay Plaza
Simon and Susan Oliver, of Osprey, sold their Unit 1004 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Mary Reston, of Sarasota, for $1,065,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 1993.

The Landings
Nelle Miller and Daniel Miller sold their home at 4808 Peregrine Point Circle W. to Kenneth and Deirdre D’Silva, of Sarasota, for $1.05 million. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2001.

Condominium on the Bay
Bank of America sold the Unit 403 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Verrochi Ventures LLC for $472,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1998.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 206 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Lillian White, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2006.

Pelican Cove
Four Bees by the Sea LP sold the Unit 176 condominium at 1505 Pelican Point Drive to Michel and Veronica Tcherevkoff, of Jersey City, N.J., for $345,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $463,500 in 2013.

Pine Shore Estates
RSJ Capital LLC sold the home at 6313 Beechwood Ave. to Beechwood Investors LLC for $345,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,000 in 1987.

Riverview Manor
Joseph Russell, of Vero Beach, sold the home at 2527 Waterview Court to Dominic Alto and Ashley Pennock, of Fort Lauderdale, for $333,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,022 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2004.

Gulf Gate East
George Koroknai, of Sarasota, sold his home at 3755 Kingston Blvd. to Michal Horak, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,982 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,000 in 1997.

Grove Lawn
James and Tracy Blake, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2183 Datura St. to Adam Volpert, of Sarasota, for $259,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,507 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 2009.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
George Fraley, trustee, of Kannapolis, N.C., sold the home at 2224 Brookhaven Drive to Melvin and Arlene Horst, of Cochranville, Pa., for $250,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,651 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1999.

Bernice Fanelle sold her home at 2275 Pine View Circle to David Consbruck and Linda Sanders, trustees, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,547 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1997.

Alice and Myron Greenspan, trustees, sold the home at 4389 Iola Drive to Michael Hubler, of Sarasota, for $205,400. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $109,700 in 1997.

Joseph Figluizzi, of Meriden, Conn., sold his Unit 112 condominium at 1900 Midnight Cove II Place to David and Lisa Nishwitz, of Vandalia, Ohio, for $340,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one bath, one half-bath and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1990.
