Vitale hypes students up for Walk-A-Thon
Tuttle Elementary School received a special visitor Monday. ESPN basketball analyst Dick Vitale took a tour of the school campus to speak at the kick-off assembly in anticipation for the annual walk-a-thon scheduled for Nov. 25. The walk-a-thon benefits a different cause every year, and this year’s proceeds will go to the V Foundation. Vitale visited classrooms and spoke with fourth- and fifth-grade students at the assembly, sharing what the V Foundation does in the community. Anyone interested in donating can drop off or mail a check made payable to the Tuttle Booster Club.
