Call me addicted, but I love pickles — I especially love the crunch and flavor of a half-sour pickle. My addiction runs deep; as a little girl, I actually used to drink pickle juice right out of the jar.

Believe it or not, I call it my health food, as it's loaded with electrolytes. But I understand that drinking straight pickle juice might not be for everyone, so I've turned my cravings into a new cocktail at The Table Creekside that everyone can enjoy. I call it the Dill Pickle Martini.

Dill Pickle Martini

You'll need:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 ½ oz. dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds

Pour into a shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of pickle.

You might love this with one of our signature sliders on the bar menu.

Cheers!

Ila
