Country Club Village home sells for $1.43 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 27 and Oct. 31.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gary and Joan Qualley, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 13228 Palmers Creek Terrace to Frank and Jill Yuengling, of Bradenton, for $1.43 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,512 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Peter and Barbara Plechy, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7934 Royal Birkdale Circle to Jay and Carolyn Eliason, of Lakewood Ranch, for $775,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,465 square feet of living area.

Mitchel and Lisa Krouse sold their home at 7439 Mizner Reserve Court to Scott and Susan Deprez, of Lakewood Ranch, for $575,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2007.

David and Teresa Woods, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14717 Bowfin Terrace to Larry Green and Dorothy Libron-Green, of Punta Gorda, for $560,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,289 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2011.
