UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN. Joan Shapiro and Abner Swartz took their Longboat Observer along to Lake Garda in northern Italy. The two also enjoyed a tour of Tuscany and an attempt to locate battle areas of World War II.
SOARING SIGHTS. Michael Grossberg and Susan Goldfarb took a helicopter ride in the Grand Canyon recently. After landing in the valley, they enjoyed some Champagne while catching up on their Longboat Observer news.
