The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 10 and Nov. 14.

A home in Eaton Place tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Karen Albrechtsen, of Manitoba, Canada, sold their home at 6337 Thorndon Circle to Robert Hoffman and Janice Hoffmann, trustees, of Haysville, Kan., for $625,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.

River Club South
Gertrude Zirkelbach, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6919 Riversedge St. Circle to Jeffrey Walters, of Bradenton, for $620,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,325 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,000 in 2000.

Philip and Constance Purser sold their home at 7636 Harrington Lane to Ana Maria Dos Santos Piumbini, of Bradenton, for $538,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,342 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2010.
