Bulldogs battle Wildcats in wet weather

The East Manatee Bulldogs posted a pair of wins against the Manatee Wildcats Sept. 27, at G.T. Bray Park.

The Junior PeeWee team won 27-0 while the Junior Midget team won 28-0. The PeeWee, Junior Midget and Unlimited teams spent the second half battling pouring rain in addition to the Wildcats.

Ryan Franks scored a pair of touchdowns and Anthony Marino added a touchdown for the Junior Midget team.

The Mitey Mite (36-14), PeeWee (20-14) and Unlimited (35-7) teams all suffered losses.
