The Concession home sells for $1.8 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 15 and Sept. 19.

A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. The Concession Golf Club LLC sold the home at 19469 Ganton Ave. to Martin and Deborah Robinson, of Bradenton, for $1.8 million. Built in 2010, it has six bedrooms, four baths, three half-baths, a pool and 6,156 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Charles and Julie Warren, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13623 Legends Walk Terrace to Robert and Darlene Jacoby, of Rogers City, Mich., for $1.21 million. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,476 square feet of living area.

Timothy and Regena Peoples, of Bainbridge Island, Wash., sold their home at 13706 Matanzas Place to John and Deborah Ayres, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.1 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,660 square feet of living area.

Carey and Shannon Masera, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7812 Rosehall Cove to Gregory and Tina Bliss, of Bradenton, for $827,500. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2011.

River Club South
Jason Reynolds, of Sarasota, sold his home at 10615 Cheval Place to Byron and Barbara Taylor, of Dubuque, Iowa, for $700,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,000 in 2008.

Martin and Deborah Robinson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7665 Harrington Lane to Justin and Amanda Lindberg, of Bradenton, for $665,000. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2011.

Thomas and Kathleen Danahy sold their home at 7649 Harrington Lane to Peter and Megan Heckman, of Bradenton, for $505,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,703 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Anver Grooms III, trustee, of Hendricks, Ind., sold the home at 13825 18th Place E. to Christopher and Toni Gilray, of Bradenton, for $529,900. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,309 square feet of living area. It sold for $542,000 in 2008.

Thomas and Pamela Hennessy, of Palmetto, sold their home at 1111 133rd St. E. to Spencer and Robin Azar, of Bradenton, for $267,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,036 square feet of living area. It sold for $130,000 in 1994.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 1411 Brambling Court to Residential Rental LLC for $275,100. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,625 square feet of living area. It sold for $530,700 in 2006.

Marguerite Lobo Reece, of University Park, sold her home at 7179 Victoria Circle to Raymond and Mary Morton, of Sarasota, for $358,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,801 square feet of living area. It sold for $311,000 in 2009.

Braden Woods
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 6604 88th St. E. to Laurence and Tanya Reinert, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2004.
