Motorworks Brewing announced today that it will return decorated from this year's Great American Beer Festival, which took place this weekend in Denver, Co.

Motorworks earned a bronze medal in the Vienna-style lager category for its beer, VTwin Lager, which the company describes as bright copper in color, light bodied and with a moderate hop bitterness and rich Vienna Malt taste.

The festival is presented by the Brewers Association and is the largest national beer competition in the United States. The winners were selected by an international panel of more than 200 judges.

Of the 5,507 entries from 1,309 U.S. breweries, 268 beers earned awards.

"Very proud to bring home a medal for Motorworks Brewing and the state of Florida," said Bob Haa, head brewer at Motorworks in a release. "Thanks to all of our friends and the local Florida brewers for their support. Drink local.”
