The Lakewood Ranch High boys golf team captured its fourth straight Donald Ross Memorial Invitational title Oct. 6, at Sara Bay Country Club.

The Mustangs became the only team to win the event four years in a row. Kelly Sun shot a 3-under par 69 to win the event individually for the second-consecutive year.

Spence Schultz and Charlie Sun each added a 71 and Barry McDonnell shot a 75.

With the win, Lakewood improves to 44-10 on the season. The Mustangs will vie for their seventh-consecutive Manatee County Championship Oct. 8, at River Run Golf Links.
