Preserve at Panther Ridge home sells for $629,500

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 22 and Sept. 26.

A home in the Preserve at Panther Ridge tops all transactions from this week’s real estate. William and Lisa Mayer sold their home at 22308 Deer Pointe Crossing to Trent and Tyana Rodimel, of Bradenton, for $629,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,741 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $569,000 in 2008.

River Place
Nektarios and Katie Amanatidis sold their home at 6980 74th St. Circle E. to Konstantine and Mary Maravelas, of Sarasota, for $405,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2011.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Robert and Maureen Cozzi, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 340 Heritage Isles Way to John and Hope Smith, of Port Charlotte, for $395,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,787 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,900 in 2003.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Rainone Holdings LLC sold the Unit 201 condominium at 6536 Moorings Point Circle to William Kelsey and Chong Kelsey, trustees, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.
