Sarasota GOP taps Jindal for voting rally

On the heels of announcing the visit of Texas Gov. Rick Perry, the Sarasota GOP has released information on an event headlined by another Republican heavyweight.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal will speak at the Republican Party of Sarasota’s Restore America Rally Oct 28, at the Hyatt Regency. Jindal will join Faith and Freedom Coalition Chairman Ralph Reed and talk show host Dennis Prager at the event, which is free for general admission.

VIP reception tickets cost $100, and VIP seating tickets near the front of the stage during the event are $50. Click here for more information.

The Republican Party of Sarasota will also honor Texas Gov. Rick Perry as the 2014 Conservative of the Year Nov. 17, at Robarts Arena. Perry joins Donald Trump, Haley Barbour, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, and former presidential candidates Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain and others as guests of the Sarasota GOP in the last three years
