The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 29 and Oct. 3.

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Francis and Linda Wenthur, of Bradenton, sold their home at 10416 Riverbank Terrace to Burl and Susan Horton, of Rome, Ga., for $1.04 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,536 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $907,000 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Charles and Barbara Eschenbach, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7308 Greystone St. to Edward Cahill and Kathleen Maloney, trustees, of Bradenton, for $910,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,124 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,674,400 in 2007.

Daniel and Elizabeth Dixon, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13510 Montclair Place to Eric Pescinski, of Lakewood Ranch, for $640,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,196 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2008.

Cal-Rico Properties LLC sold the home at 12026 Thornhill Court to Robert and Emily Young, of Lakewood Ranch, for $337,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,092 square feet of living area.

Cardel Homes U.S. Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 4813 Great Park Blvd. to Louis and Kathy Delmonico, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,271 square feet of living area.

Garry and Laura Cooper sold their home at 11307 White Rock Terrace to Patrick Meers and Caroline Braeken, of Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,600 in 2011.
