Riverdale home tops sales at $515,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 6 and Oct. 10.

A home in Riverdale Revised tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William Jackson, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 4607 Barracuda Drive to James and Debra Muenchow, of Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2002.

Riverwalk Ridge
Steven and Suzanne Marcinko, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12210 Lobelia Terrace to Thomas and Deborah Nevadomski, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2009.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Angelo DiPasquale and Sandra DiPasquale, of New Port Richey, sold their home at 514 Sand Crane Court to Susan Woods, of Citra, for $500,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $428,300 in 2002.

Diane Sedillo, of Bradenton, sold her home at 627 Sand Crane Court to Ben Strader, of Bradenton, for $488,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2004.

Larry Bunnell, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 422 Sand Crane Court to Robert Swartz and Judith Kovaleski Swartz, of Bellmore, N.Y., for $440,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $378,300 in 2002.

David and Candace Mizer, of Nokomis, sold their home at 709 Misty Pond Court to Nathan and Jeana Miller, of Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,604 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2003.

Robert Heller, of University Park, sold his home at 14714 Fifth Terrace N.E. to Hamlet and Claudette Jennings, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,300 in 2010.

Mill Creek
Stephen and Lynda Daugherty, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 2007 154th St. E. to Elisa Marcuccio and Ryan Nottingham, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,942 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2007.

Riverdale Revised
Gerard and Kathy McAfee sold their home at 4619 Swordfish Drive to Dave and Susie Cashon, of Ponca City, Okla., for $442,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2000.

WCI Communities LLC sold the home at 927 Preservation St. to Cherie Price and Randall Knee, of Bradenton, for $367,600. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,294 square feet of living area.
