Country Club Village home tops sales at $1.35 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 13 and Oct. 17.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Kimberly Milazzo, of Fairlawn, Ohio, sold their home at 13215 Palmers Creek Terrace to Gregory and Deborah Vincent, of Bradenton, for $1.35 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2013.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Herman and Sally Allen sold their home at 12802 Deacons Place to Susan Talucci, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.3 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,224 square feet of living area.

Roland and Sherraine Lomerson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8335 Championship Court to Donald and Judith Capelli, of Lakewood Ranch, for $572,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,798 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Barry Bright and Jennifer Bright, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6907 Riversedge St. Circle to Brian Leney and Ann Thornton, of Bradenton, for $625,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,090 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $381,200 in 2000.

Sharon Smith, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7560 Harrington Lane to Thomas and Salwa Ballantyne, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2010.

Randall and Linda Fetters, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 10110 Glenmore Ave. to Edward Maya and Rose Maya, of Bradenton, for $329,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area.

David and Rita Heller, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6612 St. James Crossing to Ian Nicolson, of University Park, for $609,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,875 square feet of living area.

Cathy Ferney, of Sarasota, sold her home at 5127 Tidewater Preserve Blvd. to Johann and Sandi Nanayakkara, of Lakewood Ranch, for $525,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,249 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,200 in 2012.

Donald and Judith Capelli, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12208 Greenbrier Way to Franklin Associates Management Co. LLC for $525,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $482,000 in 2004.

Rye Wilderness Estates
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 215 170th St. E. to Katherine and Keith Gagnon, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2014, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,480 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Luis and Alcira Brenes, of Sarasota, sold their home at 21910 Deer Pointe Crossing to Gerald and Deborah Martella, of Bradenton, for $505,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,556 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2009.

James and Linda Gerace, of Parrish, sold their home at 14323 Silver Trout Drive to Kenneth and Joyce Morrison, of Princeton, N.J., for $460,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,188 square feet of living area.

Elaine Christie, of Hingham, Mass., sold her home at 6546 Field Sparrow Glen to Gaetano and Thalita Fuschetto, of Lakewood Ranch, for $332,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,600 in 2008.

Todd and Cynthia Pokrywa sold their home at 6461 Blue Grosbeak Circle to Kathryn Lorge, of Sarasota, for $306,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,000 in 2003.
