Olivia Marie Zimmermann was born to Axel and Helene Zimmermann, of River Club, at 6:39 a.m. Oct. 14, at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Olivia weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. Proud big brother is Phillip.

Mia Nicole Vazquez
Mia Nicole Vazquez was born to Alberto and Millie Vazquez, of Silver Lake, at 5:49 p.m. July 10, at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21 inches long. Proud siblings are Evan and Maria Vazquez and Richard Sanders.

Makenzie Leigh Johnson
Makenzie Leigh Johnson was born to Gary and Leslie Johnson, of River Woods, at 8:17 a.m. Aug. 22, at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. She weighed 10 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long. Proud big sister is Rylee.

Anniversary
Diamond anniversary
A few months have passed since George and Donna Ellington, of Bradenton, celebrated their wedding anniversary at the Peridia Golf and Country Club, but the couple is still enjoying its diamond-year anniversary.

The Ellingtons were married July 17, 1954, in Marietta, Ohio. 

They worked and resided in the Canton, Ohio, area until retirement in the 1980s; George retired from Ohio Bell, while Donna retired from Cathedral of Life.  

The Ellingtons have one son, George Ellington Jr., and two daughters, Diane Ellington Dolison and Linda Ellington.

The couple also has four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
