Country Club Shores home sells for $735,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 18 and Aug. 22.

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. SP1 Inc. sold the home at 551 Bowsprit Lane to Russell and Marjorie McCorkle, of Moorestown, N.J., for $735,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,374 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2009.

Country Club Shores
Kaye LaFollette, trustee, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold the home at 530 Putting Green Lane to The J&H Clasgens Co. for $705,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000
in 2004.

Longboat Terrace
Robert and Marjorie Lichtenstein, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 211 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rene Vandendooren and Karri Senyk, of Sarasota, for $540,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1984.

Harbour Oaks II
Donna Eagle, trustee, of Johnston, Iowa, sold the home at 2354 Harbour Oaks Drive to Peggy and Donald Stitzenberg, of Weehawken, N.J., for $525,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,966 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000
in 1987.

Fairway Bay
Perry Gould and Wendy Coplan Gould, of Baltimore, sold their Unit 802 condominium at 1916 Harbourside Drive to Anthony and Kim Bohl, of Chester, N.J., for $520,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $477,500 in 2003.

Chunze Zhu and Judy Chen, of West Hartford, Conn., sold their Unit 154 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Thomas and Anna Petri, of San Antonio, Texas, for $399,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2009.

Windward Bay
Arthur and Eleanor Golden sold their Unit 201 condominium at 4600 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Julia Pipes, of University Park, for $310,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $169,500 in 1998.

5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive Apartments
Barbara O’Connor, of Haymarket, Va., sold the Unit 1 condominium at 5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Weiler, of Bronxville, N.Y., for $300,000. Built in 1975, it has one bedroom, one bath and 616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,500 in 2012.
