Brock and Michele Whetstone sold their home at 6674 Coopers Hawk Court to Jesus Linares and Susana Martinez, of Bradenton, for $545,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $479,000 in 2013.

Greenbrook Village
Robert and Carol Notari, of Queensbury, N.Y., sold their home at 6710 Ladyfish Trail to David and Roberta Wagner, of Lakewood Ranch, for $515,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,600 in 2009.

Michael Dean, of Bradenton, sold his home at 15371 Blue Fish Circle to Stephen and Katrina Alexander, of Bradenton, for $329,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,643 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,100 in 2005.

Heritage Harbour
Gillian Schultz, of Yorkville, Ill., sold the home at 7419 Heritage Grand Place to Stephen and Lynn Bucknam, of Providence, R.I., for $515,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,848 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $464,000 in 2011.
