Warwick Gardens home sells for $1.25 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 18 and Aug. 22.

A home in Warwick Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joseph and Kathryn Cinque, trustees, sold the home at 8006 Warwick Gardens to Douglas and Susan Neumann, of Brookfield, Conn., for $1.25 million. Built in 2006, it has f++our bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,402 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Robert and Carolyn Talbot, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14535 Secret Harbor Place to Jesse and Nancy Vance, of Okatie, S.C., for $801,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,973 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $684,800 in 2012.

Regents Park
Nicholas and Pamela Mattia, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8119 Regents Court to Wayne and Carol Osten, of New York City, for $715,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2004.

Eaton Place
Linda Shell sold her home at 6318 Thorndon Circle to James Neale, of University Park, for $654,500. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2011.

Greenbrook Village
Eugene and Cynthia Hyun, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold their home at 13224 Brown Thrasher Pike to 13224 Brown Thrasher Pike LLLC for $475,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,145 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.

Darvin and Jackie Jackson, of Naples, sold their home at 14317 Tree Swallow Way to Ronald and Joy Woods, of Lakewood Ranch, for $245,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,000 in 2012.

Qiuyu Shi, Qlufeng Shi and Xinqiang Shi, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7696 Silverwood Court to Katherine Marohn, of Carlisle, Mass., for $373,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,381 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $376,000 in 2011.
