Country Club Village home sells for $1.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 1 and Sept. 5.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Albert Myara and Stacy Brannan-Myara, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12621 Deacons Place to David and Suzanne Moore, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.3 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,317 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Marvin and Marilyn Abrams, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7002 Dominion Lane to Richard and Victoria Herman, of Sylvania, Ohio, for $750,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,775 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Anthony and Diane Shaw, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13320 Swallowtail Drive to Scott and Lisa McCarroll, of Bradenton, for $642,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2009.

Steven and Lori Bollinger, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6619 Coopers Hawk Court to Michael and Deborah Stokes, of Lakewood Ranch, for $607,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $569,500 in 2004.

Scott and Rachele Hamende, of St. Augustine, sold their home at 13376 Purple Finch Circle to Mark and Rosemarif Cummings, of Bradenton, for $416,300. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2012.

The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 13304 Swallowtail Drive to Christopher and Christina Gore, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $366,100 in 2003.

Michael Johnson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 14414 Silver Trout Drive to Luke and Laura Anderson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $302,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2011.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Nicholas and Pamela Mattia, of University Park, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 6427 Moorings Point Circle to Lorraine Pierce, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $560,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2008.

Peter and Heidi Langella, of Manchester, N.H., sold their home at 6207 193rd St. E. to William Sutton and Stephanie Stewart, of Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2007.

Benderson Properties Inc. sold the home at 12006 Soft Rush Terrace to George Boosalis and Tina Boosalis Ciaccio, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,263 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2005.

Kyla and Jeffrey McManus, of Parrish, sold their home at 12801 Nightshade Place to Anne Shelton, of Lakewood Ranch, for $305,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2007.
