The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 1 and Sept. 5.
A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas Sweet, of Lutz, sold his Unit B-302 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Richard and Janet Hoyle, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.35 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2013.

Tangerine Bay Club
Clare Villari, trustee, of Middlesex, Mass., sold the Unit 217 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Charlotte Asen, of Longboat Key, for $920,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $870,000 in 2005.

Grand Bay
Mark and Pamela Rosenblum sold their Unit 432 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Kevin and Ellen Crouse, of Mountain Top, Pa., for $867,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $925,000 in 2005.

Country Club Shores
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 531 Golf Links Lane to George Maurizi and Gayle Uhlenburg, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

La Playa
David and Lanie Cosgrove, of Birmingham, Mich., sold their Unit 104 condominium at 4425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to V.J.R. Ski Corp. for $290,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one bath and 699 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2011.

Windward Bay
T. Gregory Jacobs, of Tampa, sold his Unit 11-V-22-C condominium at 4830 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sue Carlson, trustee, of Anna Maria, for $247,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2004.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Brenda Cox and Donna Harris, trustees, of Charlottesville, Va., sold the Unit 197 condominium at 750 El Centro to Douglas and Lori Herrington, of Boyne City, Mich., for $228,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 2012.

Beach Harbor Club
Robert Krause sold his Unit C102 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jean Espinoza, of Lakeland, for $205,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,027 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,500 in 1984.

ST. ARMANDS KEY
Sarasota Harbour Apartments

Lighthouse Pointe LLC sold the Unit 4 condominium at 761 John Ringling Blvd. to Michael and Kathleen Smith, of Weston, Conn., for $250,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2003.
