Learning Express Toys partnered with the MaxLove Project Sept. 13 and Sept. 14 for a special MaxLove International Loom-A-Thon Against Cancer.

MaxLove is a grassroots nonprofit that provides families fighting childhood cancers with accessible, practical and child-friendly wellness.

“The ‘Loom’ at the event is the largest loom in the world,” Learning Express owner Chris Stolz says.

At the event, children helped Max fulfill his wish of creating a 100-mile rainbow loom chain by crafting pieces of the chain, which will be sent to Max, a 7-year-old from Orange County, Calif. He was featured on the Jimmy Kimmel show in February.
