+ Longboat Key agents involved in Casey Key sales
Longboat Key agents were involved in two recent multimillion-dollar Casey Key sales.

Deborah Beacham, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, was the listing agent for the home at 2016 Casey Key Road, which sold for $6.2 million in late August. The sale was the largest on Casey Key in more than three years. Mark McCann and Camille Schwabe, of the firm’s Siesta Key office, were the selling agents.

Michael Moulton, also of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, sold a vacant 2.5-acre parcel on Casey Key for $3.55 million. Tony DiCerbo, of the company’s Sarasota office, listed the property.

+ Key Club to hold job fairs
The Resort at Longboat Key Club will hold job fairs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 30 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 18, at the Island House, 361 Longboat Club Road.

The Key Club is hiring for cooks, stewards, servers, bussers, food runners, housekeepers, spa employees and more. On-the-spot interviews will take place at the event. + Euphemia Haye to reopen
Euphemia Haye Restaurant and The Haye Loft, 5540 Gulf of Mexico Drive, will reopen Sept. 26. The restaurant has been closed since Sept. 1, for vacation and renovations.

The restaurant is open from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 5:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday. Call 383-3633.
