Ltd. and Horst Finkbeiner II, trustee, of Bradenton, for $4.3 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a pool and 11,078 square feet of living area.

William and Christina Schlotthauer, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6714 Ladyfish Trail to Todd and Amy Jendro, of Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,817 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $708,800 in 2006.

Pierre Garon and Nathalie Houde sold their home at 13466 Purple Finch Circle to Philip and Constance Impink, of Sinking Spring, Pa., for $440,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2007.
