High Five Moments of the Week

1 - The Cardinal Mooney football team improved to 4-0 with a 14-0 victory over Avon Park Sept. 19.

2 - Theresa Morrissey and Sophia Warren both shot 43 to lead the Lakewood Ranch High girls golf team to a 180-181 victory over Manatee Sept. 16.

3 - Maddie McNally had 11 kills and 11 digs to lead the Cardinal Mooney volleyball team to a 3-2 victory over Tampa Catholic Sept. 16.

4 - The Lakewood Ranch High volleyball team defeated North Port 3-0 Sept. 17 to remain unbeaten in district play.

5 - The Miracle League of Manasota received a $10,000 donation from the Baltimore Orioles Sept. 14 in honor of the Hall of Fame career of Derek Jeter, who will retire at the end of the season.
