Obituary: Martin Margolis

Martin Margolis, 78, of Livingston, N.J., and Longboat Key, died Sept. 19.

Born in Newark, N.J., Mr. Margolis attended Rutgers University and received his juris doctor from New York School of Law.

Mr. Margolis practiced law for 54 years at his firm, Margolis Law LLC, in Livingston. He was a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association.

Mr. Margolis is survived by his wife, Deborah; daughters, Risa Margolis-Greenstein and Sharon Beth Markowitz; stepsons, Andrew Samwick and Evan Michaels; four grandchildren; and beloved dog, Maggie.
A funeral service was held Sept. 21, in Livingston.
