Rye Wilderness Estates home sells for $570,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 16 and March 20. A home in Rye Wilderness Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Roka Enterprises LLC sold the home at 214 166th St. N.E. to Carlos and Amy Gonzalez, of Waunakee, Wis., for $570,000. Built in 2014, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $564,600 in 2014.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Bradley Randall and Kelly Hnatt sold their home at 7673 Portstewart Drive to Stanley and Linda Apple, of Lakewood Ranch, for $545,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,627 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2007. 

Lawrence and Diane Flax sold their home at 7228 Lismore Court to Duncan and Sally Dickson, of Wakefield, R.I., for $500,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,709 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2010.

Timothy and Valerie Blomquist, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7275 Lismore Court to Charles Savidge IV, of Longboat Key, for $385,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,863 square feet of living area. 

Paul and Carla Gibson, of Center Moriches, N.Y., sold their home at 7265 Orchid Island Place to Stanley and Laurel Rothbardt, of Glenview, Ill., for $365,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2010.
