A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Bayou Investment Corp. sold the home at 3641 Bayou Circle to Michael and Judith Scharf, of Longboat Key, for $1.7 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,227 square feet of living area.
Queens Harbour
Karen Grigsby, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 3596 Fair Oaks Lane to Jay Burchfield, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1.35 million. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $471,900 in 2007.
Longboat Key Towers
Mary Clarke, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit N-802 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to GSCB LLC for $975,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2008.
Emerald Harbor
Thurston Investments Inc. sold the home at 620 Emerald Harbor Drive to Charles and Nancy Reynolds, of Cincinnati, for $835,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,989 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,000 in 2010.
Fairway Bay
Richard and Sandra Weber, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 618 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to Stanley Levine and Barbara Weschler, of Pittsburgh, for $785,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1998.

Stephen and Lisa Knoop sold their home at 573 Bird Key Drive to Chad and Adrienne Delligatti, of Dublin, Ohio, for $890,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,769 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $526,000 in 2009.
Frank and Joan Radocchio, of Stratford, Conn., sold their home at 600 Wild Turkey Lane to Thomas and Bettina Smallman, of Skaneateles, N.Y., for $780,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1984.
