Kevin Schoeler, trustee, of San Francisco, sold the home at 1808 Flower Drive to Michael Kneeland and Roxzene Hunter, of Sarasota, for $2.44 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2012.

Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the Unit 1805 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Richard Caro Jr. and Susan Denison, of Sarasota, for $1,401,500.
