The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 23 and March 27. A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ronald and Christy Comito, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12515 Highfield Circle to Michael and Deborah Stokes, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,375,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,287 square feet of living area.

Harbour Walk
Carol Seiersen, of Bradenton, sold her home at 592 Fore Drive to Robert Clark and Sandra Clark, trustees, of Summerfield, for $1 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,933 square feet of living area. 

Cypress Creek Estates
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 6178 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Norman and Diane Habib, of Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2000.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Peter and Deborah Talleri, of Canonsburg, Pa., sold their home at 14818 Secret Harbor Place to Jeffrey and Dorothy Decarlo, of Wilmington, Del., for $775,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,123 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,600 in 2011.

RDMA Enterprises LLC sold the home at 7656 Haddington Cove to Barbara Arnold and Richard Kochanski, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $589,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,569 square feet of living area.
