Longboat Key home sells for $3.2

A house on Longboat Key sold for $3.2 million on April 3.

Richard Perlman, of Michael Saunders & Co., listed the Bayfront estate, which is on 5030 Gulf of Mexico Drive. Kary Andrews, of Bayshore Real Estate, sold the home.

The property is known as “Bayside Villa” and includes an iron gate, circular drive, lush gardens, a grand foyer, French doors and an expansive outdoor area with a patio, pool, kitchen, private boat dock and deeded beach access.

The main residence includes a master bedroom and two en suite guest rooms, and the guesthouse includes to additional bedrooms. The residences have garages that can hold up to 14 automobiles. The estate is 5,126 square feet and has 4.5 baths.
