Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.15 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ian Howard, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7510 Rigby Court to James and Mary Heslin, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.15 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,596 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,075,000 in 2013. 

Mayfair
Randall and Karen Morgan, of University Park, sold their home at 7318 Mayfair Court to William and Cynthia Mutryn, of University Park, for $872,000. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 3,944 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Michael Russo, of Bradenton, sold his home at 528 Mast Drive to Charles and Kimberley Cline, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for $585,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,430 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,800 in 2012.

Mary Lou Sparks, of Villa Hills, Ky., sold her home at 4707 Pinnacle Drive to Craig and Dianne Lubitski, of Waterford, Conn., for $504,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area.

David Weza and David Leier, of Eugene, Ore., sold their home at 15607 Leven Links Place to Taylor Glaze, of Temecula, Calif., for $555,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,631 square feet of living area. It last sold for $515,600 in 2011.

St. John’s Wood
Leon and Patricia Gainsboro, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7108 St. Johns Way to William  and Sarah Cooper, trustees, of University Park, for $540,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,471 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2002.
