Irene Pompliano, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 5030 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alice Wellington, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $3.2 million. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 1995.

Robert Lang, trustee, of New York City, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Victoria Guagliardo, of Summit, N.J., for $2.4 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four and a half baths and 2,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.9 million in 2005.
Claire Smith, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 608 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter Seitzman and Joseph Minola, of Longboat Key, for $1,575,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $774,100 in 1996.
