Bay Isles home sells for $3.65 million

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Andre and Jean Butterfield, of Harrogate, England, sold their home at 1570 Harbor Cay Lane to Phineas and Sara Demink, of Bemus Point, N.Y., for $3.65 million. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, six and a half baths, a pool and 5,918 square feet of living area.

Longboat Key
P.E.P.P.M. Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 5861 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Gormally, of Wilbraham, Mass., for $2.5 million. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,409 square feet of living area.

Bay Isles
Ann Smith, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 521 Harbor Point Road to Wendy Lipstein, of Bridgefield, Conn., for $1.4 million. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,631 square feet of living area.

Sabal Cove
Jean-Rene and Jean Goetze, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3304 Sabal Cove Lane to Irene Pompliano, of Longboat Key, for $1.2 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,092 square feet of living area. It last sold for $1.3 million in 2010. 

Promenade
Jeffrey Bosse, of Evansville, Ind., sold Unit 609 at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Margaret Noble, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $900,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It last sold for $675,000 in 2011. 

Beachplace
Grant and Carolyn Kief, of Glen Ellyn, sold Unit 204 at 1145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jon-David and Kimberly Bowe, of Eau Claire, Wis., for $689,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It last sold for $828,500 in 2008.

Aquarius Club
Sotaboat Properties Inc. sold the Unit 5-D condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to FDQ LLC for $520,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 1987.

Fairway Bay
Robert and Joan DeLena, of Melrose, Mass., sold Unit 417 at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Judith Marquis and Keith Nelson, of Chestnut Hill, Mass., for $490,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It last sold for $525,000 in 2007.

Longbeach Village
Myril Hoffman, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold Unit 14 at 7065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Milton and Catalina Hendrickson, of Longboat Key, for $429,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
Marilyn Boles, trustee, of Englewood, Colo., sold the Unit 303 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Thomas and Maureen Tierney, of Newton, N.J., for $415,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $248,000 in 1994. 

Windward Bay
Lawrence Panza, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit PHC-5 condominium at 4800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kenneth French and Loriann French, trustees, of Menomonee Falls, Wis., for $390,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2008.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Doris Neisler, of Sarasota, sold her Unit Z-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jane Penny, of Berkeley Lake, Ga., for $352,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 1999.

Bird Key

Michael and Ilene Fox, of Sarasota, sold their home at 395 Bob White Drive to Marcel Lignon and Fabienne Le Gall, of Flamans, St. Barthelemy, for $1,437,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2006.

Kathy Newman, personal representative, of Sparta, N.J., and William Rapp, of Tillamook, Ore., sold the home at 405 Partridge Circle to Ralph Jordan and Paige Petersen, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1985.

Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2012.

Brian and Alison McNeary, of Putnam, N.Y., sold their Unit 74 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Peter and Jennifer MacDonald, of Sherborn, Mass., for $530,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2001.

Jose Albert Jr., trustee, of Chapin, N.C., sold the home at 125 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to David and Anita Juliano, of Wilmington, Del., for $790,500. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2005.
